Hazel

Hi I am Hazel.  I love looking out windows, sunning in the back yard, taking walks and snuggling next to you. I am still learning all that is needed to be an indoor dog who is part of the pack.  I want to be with you, so please teach me what to I need to do! I am quick and I am motivated by being with my people. I am learning to ignore or watch cats quietly but I still don’t trust them. I have learned about going potty outside and accidents are a rare thing now.  I have learned to go into my crate easily because of all the yummy snacks and meal times in there. I am learning to be quiet in my crate but I don’t like being separated from the people I love. So it would be great of you could stay home with me all day or at least most of it. If I have to be in a crate,  then please let me sleep next to you and keep you warm at night.  I love to burrow under blankets and curl up right next to you.  Warm and safe, I am a champion sleeper. I love kids and am a big fan of running around and exploring in fenced backyards.
