Pumpkin

From my foster Mom..... Sweet Pumpkin Pie!! That’s what I call him. He is an almost 7yr old Shih Tzu, but is just getting started on his journey. * He loves lying on the couch next to his person and snoozing all day. He does get spurts of energy and will do a little jog outside every once in a while. * We are working on potty training. As long as you keep him on a potty schedule he does well. You will catch him walking towards the door to go outside, but he doesn’t make any noises to let you know he needs to go out. * He sleeps all night in his crate next to my bed. He’s lazy in the mornings, so he fits in great here with my other lazy pups! * He has gotten more relaxed around the house. He’s still pretty skiddish and weird noises scare him. He’s not a huge fan of men, but will crawl up next to my 10 yr old. I wouldn’t recommend small children. He’s still quick to react to sudden movements. * He’s not food aggressive and has a good appetite. I’m not sure how he is with cats and he’s not leash trained. * Overall I think he’ll make someone a great companion. He just needs more time to learn the world is not all that scary!
