Hera loves to be loved on but is still a little nervous around new people. She gets most attached to the person that feeds her. The people that are not super active and like to lounge around are her favorite because that is what she likes to do as well. Which means kids are not something she looks forward to being around but will tolerate their activity level.
Hera is said to be sassy, especially when she is talking to you. She reminds her foster family of Piglet from Winnie the Pooh so she is called "Puglet" around the house. Since she was a momma for a few years prior to entering rescue she does tend to like taking puppies or smaller dogs under her wing to show them what to do and what not to do.
Playing is a new fun thing she is learning, she can get a little rough but loves taking toys with her where she goes. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy right off the bat, Hera will need some time to warm up to that stage. She likes being near her person and lays next to them on the couch.
