When I first came into rescue, I did not know how to lie down to sleep. I kept tipping over with no cage wall to hold me up. It took me two days to figure out what a bed is for. What you need to know: -Mario is a toothless wonder. His jaw was so fragile that it broken during his dental. Because of this, Mario will need soft food and should not have chew toys. -Mario will also need a home without children or larger dogs bc of his fragility. -Has been gaining weight, but could use another pound or two. -Trouble with depth perception and stairs. -Responds to his name. - Sweet man waits to be picked up – used to do the “flying squirrel” but now will relax while held. Mario's foster family is almost trained to catch me and take me outside or to a potty pad – They have to watch for me going in circles and I go IMMEDIATELY after eating.
